Boot Camp Control Panel User Guide
You can set trackpad options that'll affect clicking, secondary clicking, dragging, and more. Depending on your trackpad, you see only some of these configuration options.
In Windows on your Mac, click in the right side of the taskbar, click the Boot Camp icon , then choose Boot Camp Control Panel.
If a User Account Control dialog appears, click Yes.
Click Trackpad.
In the One Finger section, select any of the following:
Tap to Click: Lets you tap the trackpad to click.
Dragging: Lets you move an item by tapping it, then immediately placing your finger on the trackpad and moving your finger.
Drag Lock: Lets you tap the trackpad to release an item after dragging it.
Secondary Click: Lets you perform a secondary click by placing one finger in a corner of the trackpad and clicking. Choose the corner you want from the pop-up menu.
Under Two Fingers, select Secondary Click to be able to perform a secondary click by placing two fingers on the trackpad, then clicking.

Try to Clean the Trackpad

1. Shut down your Mac.
2. Turn it on, and immediately press and hold Option + Command + P + R together.

Reset SMC
SMC, or 'system management controller' simply put, controls your Mac's system. To reset it may also solve trackpad misbehaving problem on your MacBook or iMac.
For MacBook (like MacBook Air, MacBook Pro) without a removable battery:
1. Shut your Mac down and plug it to power.
2. Press Shift + Control + Option + Power on your keyboard all at the same time.
3. Then release all of them at the same time.
4. Press the power button to turn on your computer.
For MacBook with a removable battery:
1. Shut your Mac down and remove the battery.
2. Press and hold the power button for five seconds and then release the power button.
3. Install the battery and plug your computer to power.
4. Press the power button to turn on your computer.
For iMac and Mac mini:
1. Turn off your computer.
2. Disconnect the power cord, wait 15 seconds, and connect the power cord.
3. Wait 5 seconds and turn on your computer

Check Your Mac via Apple Diagnostics
If you suspect a hardware issue, check it by running Apple Diagnostics. Follow the steps:
1. Shut down your Mac and connect it to power.
2. Turn it on, and immediately press and hold the D key until you see a screen asking you to choose your language. Then it will start checking your Mac.
3. If any issue is found, it suggests solutions and provides reference codes. Notice that you should read the instructions carefully and note down the reference codes.
